101e Acne Lotion
has anyone used 101e a chinese herbal lotion 4 acne? is it any good?
Never used it ..but never thought herbal lotions were any good..Due to the fact most my friends used em in some way and they were a waste of time.
Best thing to do is look at ur diet ..cut out the greasy stuff..
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER....recommended daily is something like 5 ltrs (look this up first) dont quote me on that..
The water will flush ur system out and clean ur blood up..It works believe me..
Also use a good soap from places like body shop etc ..Tea tree is pretty good for acne..
Last but not least acne is part of growing up so even if it doesnt clear up 100% ..dont loose heart..It will eventually..
