3 Day Acne Diet
3 Day Acne Diet
Can someone help me with my diet and acne question?

Well I have a few questions and id really appreciate it if you took time to answer them. :)

1) Summer is coming or is here, im not sure lol, but it's getting very warm and I was thinking of adding swimming for an hour a day for the next 2 months to my new "lifestlye" or diet, whatever you want to call it. I dont eat sweets/junk food/fast food, I only eat 3 small meals a day, and I jog everyday but I was thinking of adding swimming to the picture instead. So how many pounds do you think I could lose with swimming an hour a day, eating the way i mentioned ^^ and doing cardio (crunches, jumping jacks ect.) for 30 minutes a day within two months? And if I can't swim that day because of whatever reason, replace it with jogging for an hour, or on some days, even both!

2. I have some acne on my arms, they wont go away no matter what I do, any help/suggestions?

3. Do I drink a bottle of water during exercise or before exercise?

Thanks!

Whats best acne diet to prevent pimples

One of the best things that you can do for your skin is to start an acne diet. Acne diets help to cleanse the body and detoxify the major organs, which will allow your skin to function naturally. The best diet for acne is to eat non-inflammatory foods that will keep your skin from looking red and blotchy.

The majority of acne diets out there perform one basic function, which is to reduce inflammation. Non-inflammatory diets are important because they allow your body and digestive system a healthy balance, as well as time to digest the nutrients that are in the food that you eat.

So what foods are included in the best diet for acne?

Leafy greens. Leafy vegetables are a great natural source of vitamins A, E, and K, and are perfect for treating acne. They are also packed with antioxidants and polyphenols, which will help your body get rid of acne-causing toxins by itself. Some examples include spinach, kale, broccoli, and romaine lettuce.

Bright colored fruits. Bright colored fruits like bananas, oranges, and lemons are jam packed with vitamins C and D, and are perfect to round out your daily nutritional intake. Like leafy greens they are also packed with antioxidants, and are good both for curing acne and giving you a little energy boost throughout your day.

Fish. The best diet for acne includes fish because they are a good source of protein, and can be a replacement if you find that chicken or red meat are making you break out. Fatty fish like salmon and Chilean seabass are also a good source of omega 3 fatty acids, which have been shown to reduce sebum production of the skin and fight acne.

If you incorporate the above 3 foods into your daily diet, you will most likely see improvements in your acne. Even the best diet for acne takes some time to work effectively though, so take your time and follow it closely to give yourself the best chance to clear your acne.
