Acne Bacteria Killer

Does cleaning your bathroom and bedroom with disinfectant/bacteria killer make you not get acne?

Nope,

Acne is caused by the oil that your body makes and bacteria that then grows in that oil. You really can't eliminate the external source for the bacteria.

Adult Cystic Acne - 3 Things You Can Do Right Now To Reduce & Clear Your Complexion

The Surprising Fish Oil Acne Suppressor

Omega 3 fatty acids can be found in many food sources by nature, and for good reason. They are essential to our welfare, but our human body unfortunately, is not gifted with the actual ability to produce its very own supply. Walnuts and hazel nuts are one good source of such fats and so are pumpkin seeds. However, it is the specific type of fatty acid which exist in fish oils, which is especially curative for those with the condition of acne.

This omega 3 fatty acid is called epa and is strongly anti inflammatory by nature, but such, only exist in great quantities, to be effective against acne, in fish oils. So while it is true that nuts and seeds are a great source of nutrients and fats, for access to sufficient epa, you must be taking a fish oil supplement.

It is also a well known fact that nutritional literature states clearly that most of us here in the West, are overloaded with omega 6 fats and underloaded with omega 3's. There is a theory that this imbalance between these two fatty acids can lead to increased inflammation, as is suffered, by those experiencing acne. We also have to keep in mind that processed foods and baked goods are rich in omega 6 vegetable fats, thus being mainly responsible for this lob sided omega 6 problem, which most of us have.

The omega 3 fatty acids, not only act as an inflammatory but they also suppress the sebum producing hormone! Keeping in mind that excess sebum, blocks the pores of our skin, with the result that sebum rots hair follicles, thus providing food for bacteria to gorge upon, while ravaging our skin also. But now that we know about this fish oil acne cure, all should be well! Why not give it a try.

Sardines and mackerel are a good cheap source of omega 3's, but as we all know eating to much fish is not recommended due to toxicity issues, such as mercury contamination's. Hence a pure fish oil supplement, which is both epa and dha rich, would be the recommended, acne killer way to go.
