Redness form post acne! Will this HELP!?
kk its been almost 2 months from a horrific breakout that left me with some scars and this really ignoring redness. I got a chinese medicine wash that cleaning out my face and i have less acne. But there is this faint redness from the scaring? I dnt know what to do. MY prom is this friday and i need help. I planning to get some prune juice to help clean out my inside. Will this help the redness to go away!? srry shouldnt say redness, but an uneven skin tone where its faint rosy red at cheeks. ITS NOT ROSACEA, so can cleanin my bowels or inside help take away redness?
The medicine is a wash and this is not the cause of redness just the acne.

What you might have is a condition called seborheic dermatitis (Spelling may be slightly off on that). This is an excess growth of yeast cells under your skin. Kinda gross, but easily treated.
It's characterized by redness, sometimes soreness. (Washing your face actually doesn't do a hell of a lot for helping acne, believe it or not. Pimples DO occur by the occasional clogged pore, but not as frequently as Neutrogena leads you to believe). By washing your face, you're irritating your skin that's already irritated!
Now, I just dissed Neutrogena, BUT their T-Gel works wonders on hair AND face. Try using it (it smells horrible though...like tar...coal tar extract is an ingredient).

If your prom is this weekend, I suggest you begin treating, and pick up some concealer at Wal-Mart. Max Factor works nice...just something that matches your desired skin tone. Liquid form, and apply lightly. No one will notice if you do it lightly and carefully...and don't be ashamed...think of all the metrosexuals who get the waxings done...and it's only for one night...

EU to push forward the internationalization of Chinese medicine
