Can I use a Neutrogena Wave Duo AND a Oil Free Acne Wash Redness soothing Facial cleanser?
or should I buy one or the other? because theyre both in the cleanser category, but they do different things. I have a toner and moisturizer also, so: both or one? and which one?
I wouldn't, you'd probably end up over dying and irritating your skin causing any breakouts to become worse.

So what is a good acne cleanser going to do
When I go out to get the best product to help me get rid of my acne, pimples, blackheads and other troubles, I try to get the best product for me. Most of the products at the stores are atrocious, the price can be a healthy indicator of that. A good acne cleanser is going to stop those atrocious zits and pimples from beginning in the first place. What I have found is that a great number of the acne products seem to work better than others.

Salicylic Acid is a must
Make sure the product you get is oil free so that you don't have any future clogging of your pores. You want to make sure that any of the acne products you buy has the ingredient of Salicylic Acid of at least 2%. Salicylic acid exfoliates the skin better than benzoyl peroxide. Some of the acne creams and cleansers that dermatologist prescribe, are products that have or contain a high dosage of Benzoyl peroxide. Accutane and Retin-A are just a couple of these drugs.
