Acne Cleansing Wipes Is it possible to have clear skin if it's super oily/greasy?
I have really oily greasy skin and really bad acne. There's so many blocked pores and bumps all over too. And every time I go in the cold, the spots look more red/inflamed and feel sore. (Like sometimes I feel a burning sensation).
What things should I do?
I've tried using topical lotion and it doesn't work, I eat healthily, lots of fruit and veg everyday. And I cleanse everyday. (I only use cleansing wipes because they are a lot gentle, cleansing lotion just makes the spots inflamed). I don't know what else to do.
Yes I have tried witch hazel, that doesn't work either.
What's help me prevent pimples is a black head mask made of charcoal and using sunscreen when I go out. You can order the mask at www.blackheadmask.com. The mask acts like a biore strip but it covers your face, and it pulls up white/black heads and dirt blocking your skin. You can use what I use or use whatever and just make sure to exfoliate your skin once a week to remove the dead skin that causes pimples/acne.
How to Get Rid of Acne by Making Suitable Planning
Acne is pustular eruptions, localized abscessed formation and local inflammatory conditions of the dermis and epidermis skin layers. Endogenous hormones (mainly androgens), which are present in unusually high concentrations in the blood during adolescence and puberty give rise to an excessive production of sebum (or oil). The condition may worsen by a simultaneous increase in the rate of keratin in the skin's outer layer (the horny layer) that causes skin cell death. As the horny cells proliferate, they can form an occlusive plug or comedone which coupled with the increased production of the sebum, represents an ideal medium for the proliferation of the skin resident anaerobic bacterium,
One of the first steps to treat acne is to naturally rid the body of all the harmful toxins that have such a dramatic effect on our health. One of the easy ways to do that is to start drinking more water. 7 to 8 glasses is great if you can stomach it. It is not hard to do if you just drink a couple of glasses at different times throughout the day. Not only does water help to remove toxins but it also contributes to a better complexion. Your body filters the water in your blood as the blood travels through your kidneys. You should drink a good deal of water so that the kidneys can effectively eliminate all the toxins and surplus minerals, nutrients and vitamins in the blood
Don't pop that pimple right away. Popping a pimple prematurely, before you can see the puss about to burst the skin, can cause a mild skin infection, a cyst (by pushing the infection further down into the pore), or even worse, a terrible scar. Wait until you can see the yellow puss about to break through the skin.
Avoid harsh soaps and facial scrubs if you want to get rid of acne faster. Many of these acne cleansing products claim to wipe away dirt and oils, while "gently" exfoliating your skin. So long as you avoid contact with oils that aren't produced by your body, you shouldn't need these products.
Using Moisturizers Daily. Getting healthy skin means a balance of daily cleansing along with replenishing essential body oils. Revitalizing aloe vera with a vitamin E additive along with chamomile has been an age-old remedy that's worked for many people. Quality moisturizers include Neutrogena products and Eucerin. It's best to avoid using bath soap on your face, even if you are not affected by acne, because soaps tend to dry out your skin, which could trigger new acne break-outs. Facial cleansers are more gentle on the skin.
Keep your face oil-free. Oil on your face allows the acne-causing bacteria to grow. So after you sweat, or whenever else your face gets oily, splash your face with water, then dry off with a towel. This will get rid of most of the oil, assuming your completely dry your face off.
Try not to touch your face. Your hands aren't sanitized twenty-four hours a day, and when you touch your face, you are transferring any dirt and germs that your hands have collected throughout the day right onto your facial skin. Never ever pick at your zits, and don't pop pimples either. If you sleep on your stomach or side, laying your face on your pillow, it is very important that you clean your pillow and pillow case at least once a week. The dirt, germs, and bacteria that collect on your pillow and pillowcase can wreak havoc on your complexion.
