What is the secret to acne free in 3 days?
Ok so im 14 now and ive had very bad acne since i was 12 and now its at the point were im just terrified of looking in the mirror. I have littraly millions of pimples all over my face and it drives me crazy ive been on two diffrent oral antibiotics and they have done nothing. I saw this site called acne free in 3 days and dont know wether to buy the book or not for $30. Can someone who has purchased this book please tell me the step by step guide to ridding acne in 3 days. Thank you
I think you should see a dermatologist because when I had acne I began to see myself falling into the traps of products such as proactive and this clear acne in three days, and also I was spending a lot of money trying to find products that work. They don't work, at least not for me. dermatologist are there to help us they actually can look at your face analyze it and find out what you are allergic to or not and prescribe you things to help with your acne. When I finally went to see a dermatologist she prescribed me with something and day by day my acne's started to go away, and I had a lot of acne as well, now my face looks better than before and the treatment worked quick, not in three days but it worked and it did not cost me $30. You can go see a dermatologist to get better help or you can give the book a try, but the dermatologist is better.

WHAT IS ACNE FREE IN 3 DAYS ALL ABOUT?
Acne Free in 3 Days is based on the work of nutritionist Chris Gibson, himself a former sufferer of severe acne. He says he had very bad acne for many years and attempted all kinds of traditional therapies. The basic idea in the Acne Free in 3 Days book is to attack acne at the root with a 3-day detox system during which you are told to eat specific foods and avoid others. Gibson's approach is to attack acne from INSIDE the body. Creams and lotions, he says, can only treat the surface.
DOES IT WORK?
There is alot of good information in the ebook about the various causes of acne and what kinds of things you should avoid to help prevent it (specific facial products, drinks, foods etc.)
The core of the system, however, is the 3-day detox diet. If you follow it EXACTLY, your acne can significantly improve or even completely clear up.
Not every user will see a huge difference in exactly 3 days. Some people's acne may clear up in 3 days or even less, while other may have to wait 4,5 days or even a week to see the full effects.
The important thing is that you have to very disciplined in sticking to the system for the 3 day detox. The more you let yourself "cheat" and go back to your regular diet during the 3 day detox, the less likely it is that the program will work.
IS IT A GOOD FIT FOR EVERYONE?
This system is NOT for people with mild acne. Mild acne is a regular part of life for almost every person. In that case you need to just let it be or use mild over-the-counter products. This is a serious system requiring discipline, for people who have moderate to severe acne, who have tried "traditional" therapies.
