Acne Heat Treatments Zeno Acne products more bang for my buck?
So i'm really interested in these new zeno products. I have really sensitive skin which means proactive and murad and all those other acne treatments where out of the question. but this heat treatment sounds perfect. now what i'm wondering is what one is most worth the money? Is the hot spot worth the $40 every 80 uses? or would i be better off getting the ones with a refill cartridge? and what about this new one that just came out? is the gel harsh or anything, and how good is it at clearing already visible bumps?
Hi,
Our new product you are referring to is the Heat Treat! You gently massage the device over your face until the gel is thoroughly absorbed, not harsh! Which product you get should depend on your skin type. If you have the occasional breakout, we would suggest the Hot Spot. However, the Heat Treat is more of a preventative product. Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.

An Insight into Acne Care Treatments
A good Acne care treatment may be your primary concern, if you are suffering from one or all of the numerous problems that an outbreak of acne can bring in its wake. But to effectively combat acne, you need to know about it. After all, you may acknowledge that a known enemy is half as dangerous as an unknown one! Here are some facts that can help you gear up to fight acne:
• There can be many causes of acne such as blockage in skin pores, hyper-secretion from sebaceous glands, bacterial infections, hormonal changes and so on. Thus it is imperative that you know what is causing acne in your case, so as to be able to choose the right acne care treatment. • Acne generally occurs in men before and after puberty, but women are not so lucky. This is because women can suffer for acne throughout life from the onset of the menstrual-cycle until menopause. So the treatment can differ for both men and women. • Acne care treatment also differs on a case to case basis. So while mild cases of acne can be treated with creams containing benzoyl peroxides, severe cases may need corrective surgery. • Acne can affect any part of the body, although it most commonly appears on the face, arms, back and chest. So you need to be cautious about the treatment you choose so that there no telltale signs left on important areas of the body such as the face. • The common symptoms of acne are comedo’s, pustules or cysts. Again, these need to be treated differently so as to bring positive results. Here are some effective ways of acne care treatment that you can try out: • You should try to stimulate the growth of skin cells that can replace the areas of your skin that have been affected by outbreak of acne. So facial scrubbing to unblock the skin-pores is something very basic you can look to do every day. • Heat and humidity can be detrimental to skin that has been affected by acne because they can cause skin cells to swell. So if anyone has suggested ‘steam therapy’ for acne care treatment then you should definitely ignore it! • Acne treatment can be more effective if you can prevent stress and tension. This is because acne is related to stress and flare-ups occur when you are mentally stressed. • You must avoid tampering the pimples and zits. If you try to burst or squeeze the inflammations, then it can force the sebum deeper into the skin and increase the swelling. Touching can also induce infection. • Fresh air and sunlight can be helpful in acne care treatment, but limited exposure to sunlight is also very important. • You should also improve your food habits. Try to regularize the timing of the meals and stop having oily foods which are actually catalysts for acne. Having a balanced diet with lots of fiber intake is necessary to have a healthy metabolic rate. This is also very helpful in fighting acne.
Having read through the article you must have found some things that you were doing wrong or perhaps not doing at all. Just remember that keeping yourself healthy is the foundation for acne care treatment.
