please help with acne between eyebrows?
I'm 22. I had a lot of trouble with acne trouble spots as I was growing up, but after experimenting around with face washes, I've figured out what does and doesn't work.
I use Proactive as a primary face wash, and it works pretty well. However, I still get the occasional breakout, usually on the outsides of my mouth.
Not MATTER what product I ever try using, I always have this weird breakout between my eyebrows. They're darkened in color, and I'm not sure what they are. They're big bumps, there are maybe 2 or 3 of them. I can't pop them, because they are too hardened, and under the surface. They're really embarassing, and I wish I could just do something to make them go away

Diet really does contribute to how clear your face is. Water helps release toxins from your body(through urine) so drink a lot of it. Eat a lot of vegetables which are high in Vitamin A. Eating a lot of vitamins helps keep your skin looking bright and helps your body fight the acne more efficiently.

Lets Face it, acne, as superficial as it may seem to those who don't suffer from it is a very serious condition. It takes it's toll on the sufferer mentally and physically, crippling confidence and scarring the skin of the victim.
