do heat lamps help acne?
i know the sun drys up skin cells. and acne. can i use a old heat lamp. the only thing is the bulb i have is a 120 watt and its used for lik outside lights. will it stilll work the same. or should i go get a heat lamp bulb???
The idea that sun/tanning beds heal acne is a myth. It certainly can dry your skin but that does not in any way mean that it will clear up acne. There are plenty of people with dry skin and acne. A heat lamp will not clear up acne, but it probably will do a lot of damage to your face and skin.
