Acne Moisturizer Spf What is the best LIGHT facial moisturizer good for anti-aging, acne prone skin, and SPF/UV skin protection?
Hey! Im 20 years old and realize I need to start salvaging my skin while I can! It's summer, and Im looking for a great moisturizer, the price doesnt really matter, but it MUST meet all these criteria.
Anti-aging properties/prevents aging/wrinkles/etc

Good for Acne Prone skin/ noncomedogenic/pore clogging/SENSITIVE SKIN!

There is a product that I have purchased recently that has done wonders with my skin. I have very fair, fragile skin, so I search for a natural product that didn't have all these harsh chemicals in it that would turn my skin red and make me break out. Its call Aloeride (made from aloe vera). It also helps with other things like your digestive system,eczema, and overall general well-being. Complex Acne - Workout Training
Moderate training is really useful for your skin. It helps you preserve a healthy body and control your stress levels, too. If you observe your acne is aggravated by regular training, then you may choose to examine your routine. What do you wear? Where do you go? How hard do you work out? Working out-associated acne is frequently caused by something you place on your body rather something. Take out these outside factors, and you could put an end to your workout breakouts. Complex Acne - Clothing. If you're prone to body acne, keep away from garments made exclusively with Lycia or nylon. Why? Several synthetic fabrics can trap the heat and wetness alongside your skin, creating a fertile breeding ground for the bacteria to contribute to acne. For moderate exercise, your best bet is lightweight, loose-fitting cotton, or a Lycia-cotton blend. Natural fabrics allow the skin to breathe, and loose garments are less likely to cause friction. When you're working out hard & really sweating a lot, you should look changing your workout clothes. New fabrics are now out which are designed to wick moisture away from your skin.
Complex Acne - Equipment. Various people are more likely to get acne or have their lesions aggravated in the areas affected by sports equipment. The best guard against friction-associated breakouts is a good fit make certain your helmet doesn't slide around on your forehead, or your wetsuit isn't too tight under the arms. You can also control equipment-triggered breakouts by lining your helmet with a layer of soft, washable cotton fabric; it's a terrific use for those old t-shirts, too. And no matter what the sport, its always a good idea to keep your equipment clean and dry when not in use.
Complex Acne - Moisture. Your Mom was right: You ought to get out of those wet clothes! No matter how you get your work out treadmill, trail, tennis court, or whatever don't sit around in your clammy clothes or wet bathing suit when you're done. If you can, shower off without delay and change into dry clothes before driving home. If this isn't possible, change into dry clothes and wipe down as well as you can. When toweling sweat off your face, always use a clean towel, and blot gently rather than wipe. Vigorous wiping can irritate your skin, driving make-up and sunscreen deeper into the pores.

If you can't shower right away, you can still curb breakouts by wiping down with medicated pads; keep a few in your gym bag just in case.
Complex Acne –Eating. So most importantly watch what you're eating. I understand you hear this all the time, but you are what you eat. No protein bar or shake will every replace a balance diet. If you continue to east fried foods & sugary foods you will continue to break out. Drink lots of clean purified water. Water flushes impurity's out of your system. No not soda or fruity juices, Water. A healthy exercise program is an integral part of your overall health; and a healthy body is more likely to have healthy skin. Just keep an eye on the various factors that accompany your regimen, and try to take out the acne triggers you'll be on your way to breakout-free workouts.
