Help getting rid of/reducing chest and back acne? Inexpensive remedies?
I know it's a 'phase of being a teenager' and all that, but are there any inexpensive home remedies that might help REDUCE (or zap =D) chest and back acne? I don't usually get it on my face (which I should be happy for). It is a bit itchy. My back is okay right now, but my chest pimples are few, yet very red.
Work from the inside out. Drink plenty of water. This is beneficial for all your health, not just with your skin.
Take vitamin E supplements. This is food for the skin. Be sure not to take them on an empty stomach or you can get nauseous.
Wear cotton clothing. This helps the skin to breathe so it won't get as sweaty and oily, causing pores to clog up. Synthetic clothing does not allow skin to breathe as well.
If you have the privacy, lounge topless for an hour or so a day to let your skin breathe. If possible, do this after a shower while your pores are open from the hot water.

Natural Acne Cures and Home Remedies
Does anybody know of some home acne remedies?
I have had acne my whole life, and i have never found a product that works. I have tried so many different products, and i have never had results i want. Does anybody know of some home remedies that have worked for you? Thanks!
Hey.I am telling you an easy home remedy which works for more than 80% for glowing skin with no scars or acne.
Ingredients: Sandal wood powder, Turmeric powder, Rose water or Milk.
(Most of the times even we have it in our homes.If not available, All of these items are easily available in general stores.)
Procedure:
Take some sandal wood powder with turmeric powder and put few drops of milk or rose water (Just to make it a paste).Mix them all together well and apply it on your whole face and leave for 20-30 minutes then wash your face with water. And if you have rose water then spray on your face.
Instant Results: Instantly, you will feel your skin healthy, clean and fresh and can observe a certain glow on the face.
Long Term Results: Applying this regularly for a month will give you a fair complexion with too less or totally acne free skin with no scars.
