How Come I'm the only one with Acne? Please Read?

The (kind of) school I go to, I am the only one with acne (9th grade). Not to mention I get made fun of because of it. My parents and older sister have NEVER had acne. And my younger sister has only 2 pimples on her forehead, and she says she the most acne ridden person in all of the world. Look at me with red marks everywhere, hundreds of blackheads all over, bad back acne, forehead, side burns, ears, chin, shoulders, cheeks, EVERYWHERE!

There are many reasons why you would have acne. One is food. Another is genetics. (Just because your mom/father and siblings don't have acne doesn't mean you won't)
Also people have acne at different times. Some people might have starting at the age of 12-13 years old and some might never get acne until 40+. Everyone is different and that is why people always say your special.

You Also have to consider there are billions upon billions of people out there and your just one person in a big world so don't feel to bad since i am sure there are others who are having more problems then you are when it comes to image.

Sit down with your parents and talk to them and see if they would purchase acne products for you. I am sure they will if you just talk to them and express your feelings on what your going through. If they do decided to help you I would recommend using Emc2 acne cream. I have used a lot of products out there and it hasn't worked for me and it's been a long road of using all different kinds of products and wasting money to get the results I have gotten up to now. Also don't think there is a product out there that will make your Acne go away in 3 days. With most products it takes 2-3 months or sometimes even 4 months before you see results, and then again there are times when you will see results in less then 1-2 weeks since everyone is different.

Avoid Doing These 2 Things Which Will Worsen Your Acne

Suffering from acne? You're not alone. Millions of people including teenagers as well as adults endure this problem on a daily basis. Looking at the mirror every morning is not helpful at all such that people lose their confidence and self-esteem. Feeling good in your body and skin is important but if you're an acne sufferer, it's difficult or impossible to feel comfortable with an acne-ridden face.

Acne is a skin disease which affects mostly teenagers and it's mostly due to hormonal changes which is pretty natural at this stage of their lives. When hormones are disturbed, your skin sebaceous glands or oil glands will produce more sebum resulting in oily skins making you more at risk in getting acne breakouts and flareups. Some teenagers still suffer from acne even when reaching adulthood.

Acne is triggered by a number of other reasons like stress, poor diet, lack of skin hygiene. Having this skin disease is in itself frustrating and it's fundamental not to worsen your acne by any means. If you're following a treatment either over-the-counter or those natural topical remedies and you're getting results gradually, it's important to respect certain rules of hygiene as well. If you don't, you'll be delaying your acne curing process drastically and worsen it instead.

First thing is avoid touching your face, incase you got that habit. Your hands might have dirt, impurities and bacteria. Proper hygiene would mean having clean hands most of the times by washing your hands regularly after touching dirty things.

Second thing is avoid squeezing or popping your pimples. Sometimes, when your acne is healing, your skin will start to itch and this where you can be tempted to scratch your pimples and squeeze them to relieve the itchiness. But big mistake. It can happen that you do it in a reflex without realising the consequences as the envy was too strong but squeezing your pimples is a no no. Popping your acne can create a hole in your skin, delaying the healing process dramatically and spreading bacteria on other parts of your skin. Blood can also come out mostly when your pimples are ripening.

When your acne is curing, respect proper hygiene and don't touch or scratch your face or squeeze your pimples even though the itchiness can become unbearable. Continue with your treatment and you'll be getting results faster.
