Acne Scarring
How come I can see my acne scarring, but everyone else says I am beautiful?
I am confused by this, because I see it very clearly, and every day. I no longer have acne, but the scarring is very visible to me.And causes me to sometimes stay away from people. What can I do about this feeling of insecurity that I have?

a lot of the time redness, pimples and scarring just aren't that visible to other people because they see your face as a WHOLE instead of all those little blemishes you see.
for example, you might have a friend who doesn't have great skin. but when you see her you don't go EW GROSS. you see her as she is, and you don't look at all the zits or discoloration or scars, or whatever else. you see her entire face.
you can also try to reduce them with a scar cream like maderma, or liquid vitamin e, or even take vitamin e tablets.
you can use a gentle exfoliant regularly, it'll take off dead skin cells so new ones will grow back, and that might help your scars as well. and moisturize everyday
