Acne scarring?

I am 15 years old with quite a few rolling scars on my lower cheek. Its weird that i have that and not icepick scars. So anyways, when a specific type of light shines onto my face, my face seems perfectly clean and scar free natural (My house lights), but then lets say i go outside into the sunlight, My face then turns into a monstrous hideous scar face. My face shows ALL the rolling scars i have. The first two pics on the top, to the right. Will i grow out of this?
If not, what are the possible remedies and treatments i can get? Please list the cost and procedure of each possible way i can do to heal this. Are there home remedies? Surgical procedures? If so, which way is the best to go?

I would start with a home checmical peel. very mild and makes your skin look great.
You can also try something like scar zone. sold in any walmart or drug store.
