Clinique Acne Solutions or Clinique 3 step?
I've tried Proactiv and Acne Free & numerous face washes. Nothing has worked! I'm getting really hopeless. So, I've been looking at Clinique Acne Solutions and the Clinique 3 step. I took the evaluation and it said I was a Step 1. But what does that mean I am in the Acne Solutions? Is this a good regimen? I have moderate acne & redness. What is your opinion on these products? Thanks for any help!
Clinique is a good brand. My complexion has definitely improved since i started using it. I had an oily face since I come from a tropical country but it has definitely changed my face oil level such that every 4 hours i touch my nose, it doesn't feel as oily as before. However, you should definitely try washing your face with cold water accompanying the use of these products. It would work better. Do it around 2 - 3 times a day for a month consecutively. If it doesn't work, you may want to throw it away and look for this japanese brand SK II.

Acne Solution: What You Need to Know About These Miracle Wonders?
There are many ways to prevent acne. As we all know, acne has no cure yet. You can use medications to temporary treat acne out of your face. You can also use different methods.
Acne is the biggest and the most common problem of many people. For me, the best solution or treatment is proper hygiene. I don't recommend any acne cure products for you to use and apply it on your face. Instead of applying some of those, why not apply fruits that contains natural astringent like tomatoes and citrus fruits on your face and let it stay on your face for 15 minutes. You can also use honey and oatmeal depending on your skin type. It will give you smoother and softer skin.
Aside from proper hygiene, one of the best treatment is having a regular and balance diet. Avoid eating unhealthy food, like junk foods and oily foods. Eat those that are rich in vitamins C, A, E, Zinc, B5, Selenium, Vitamin B-complex and chromium.
Expose yourself to natural sun and air. Staying out at least 30 minutes in the morning is enough for you to get vitamin D from the sun. Drink lots of liquid as well. At least 8 glasses a day is not bad.
There are many products for acne treatment. Sometimes, using these products gives you more damage on your skin and resulting in a bigger problem. Remember that, our skin is the biggest organ in our body; it is always exposed to dirt that can cause acne. So, it is us who are responsible to take a good care of our skin.
Aside from acne treatment products and proper hygiene, you can use Tea Tree Oil, one of the most effective topical acne treatments. Also try ginger and garlic, it improves our immune system and it helps reduce the inflammation caused by acne.
One of the ways to prevent acne is detoxifying and exfoliating. Both are a big help because they work on severe and stubborn acne.
If you are going to use an acne cure product, and you prefer using them, you can use any Panoxyl product. It is very effective and you may see the results in just a couple of weeks. You can choose any variant, there's cream, acne-gel, facial wash and cleanser. These products contain benzoyl peroxide, this chemical is highly flammable, explosive and may cause tumor if properly handled. Benzoyl Peroxide acts as an anti-bacterial and cleansing agent. The most effective treatment, they say is the Zyporex. It is a fast healing acne treatment.
Some people even recommend the use of toothpaste on the affected areas to cure acne. Strong toothpastes may burn your skin, if this happens to you, stop applying it.
Here are 5 nutrients that are effective on treating acne: Zinc, treats and prevent acne. Vitamin A gives you healthy skin. Vitamin E normalizes anti-oxidant, selenium works with vitamin E and chromium that heals acne. The above mentioned are just some of the acne solutions on treating your acne. You can apply any of those but make sure that proper hygiene is always observed.
