i also am under wight and only a 32 A.

Wouldnt the pill help with these things?

Yes it would. Ask about Yaz because that is one of the most used pills to clear up acne. Also, it may cause you to gain weight in your breasts because of the hormones in it.

Foods that Keep Acne Away

What really works best for acne?  For starters, you would do right to heed the advice of dermatologists and skin care experts who say clearing your face of the day's grime and make-up will spare you from the most dreaded of enemies and the most vicious confidence-wrecker.

And yes, it may be alright to order by express delivery that overnight acne problem solver or get an over-the-counter ointment or cream that worked for the friend of a friend.  But what would you say to a doctor-approved, lab and home-tested anti-acne treatment that can boost your chances of prevention? Grandmas used to say the best way to treat the body is to feed it right.

Doctors today have found that adage to be true for the prevention, treatment and recovery of many diseases.  It's true as well for acne.  So eat right – good nutrition provides your body with all the help it needs to prevent or fight acne – and treat your skin right.  Here are 10 types of food that are kind to your skin and will help it to prevent acne:

1. Water – Good hydration keeps the skin looking and feeling young healthy.  So drink lots of water – pure water, because soda or juice doesn't count. Water is your skin's best liquid friend.
2. Olive oil or sesame oil – They contain essential fatty acids that the body needs to maintain good health.  The fats in cell membranes give the skin an inner glow that comes from good nourishment.
3. Walnuts – Not all nuts are bad – walnuts are actually good for you.  They're rich in omega-3 oils, a powerful antioxidant that keeps the skin soft and supple.
4. Green Tea – This type of tea has anti-inflammatory chemicals which combat free radicals and prevents fine creases.
5. Fresh Berries – Raspberries, blueberries and cranberries are full of phytochemicals that protect skin cells. Eat them fresh, not frozen or preserved.
6. Lemon Juice – Lemon has traditionally been used as bleach and has been proven effective to fade freckles and sunspots.  Drink lots of lemonade for hydration, and use the fruit directly on your skin too.  Apply a slice of lemon over a trouble spot on your face for about 10 minutes a day for a week or whip up an exfoliating face scrub with half a lemon and half a teaspoon of granulated sugar.
7. Watermelon – How can you go wrong with a fruit that holds a lot of water and that's rich in vitamins A, B and C – exactly what you need for well-hydrated healthy skin.  Eat the fruit and rub your face with the rind for a super natural exfoliating scrub.
8. Low-Fat Dairy Products – Rich in vitamin A, low fat dairy products are a dietary must for healthy skin cells.
9. Whole-Wheat Bread, Cereals and Brazil nuts – All these foods provide a rich source of the dietary mineral selenium, which skin experts claim plays a key role in maintaining skin health and preventing skin damage from exposure to sun and other air pollutants.
10. Yogurt – An undiscovered yet extremely helpful beauty aid.  Take yoghurt daily for good digestion, which will give you healthier skin.  Also, apply yoghurt on the face every morning and wash off with cold water.
