Acne problems help, I have tried everything, what do you suggest? Please help

I am 19 years old and I have been suffering from acne since I was 12 years old. My acne isn't as bad as it was since I got older. I went to dermatologist, tried proactive, biore, Clearasil, Aveeno, went to the plastic surgeon, sulfur soap with herbal acne treatment, zapzypt, noxzema, any product you can buy you name it! Birth control everything. My dermatologist said I produce too much sebum and suggested that I get on birth control, I hate taking pills plus it does not work. Everytime I get my period I break out. I try no to stress. Does anything work?
I tried lemon juice it burns my skin and leaves light mark up there. Any suggestions?
My next step is blood cleansers.
You have really tried a lot of stuff to get rid of acne. I have tried the home remedies, Proactive and other acne products as well and they failed to work for me.
