I need help with dark spots and acne?
hello well im intermediate dark skin and for quite a while now im been getting dark spots on my cheeks that are really noticeable and the worst thing is that all my acne appears in those dark spots and idk what to do. I use proactive and my acne continues to grow in the same spots and always look irritated and they turned kind of purple as the time goes by. so i would really apreciate if someone would answer my question and help me how to relieve my self of this condition. ^_^
ps. i already use proactive oil free spf 30 sun lotion
1. drink 8-10 glass of water every day.
2. eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits (raw or boiled), vegetable salads, sprouts.
3. very little oil 2-3 teaspoon per day.
4. no fried foods or fatty foods, fast foods, or too much sugary food items. no spicy food with lots of condiments.
5. you can treat yourself with a small serving size weekly or fortnightly.
6. wash your face with soap free face wash once every day. Rest of the time wash with plain water. At least wash your face 3-4 times every day.
7. Never use soap on your face. Soap or using soap every time on your face will deprive your skin of natural oil.
8. Always use oil free moisturizers.
9. You can always use face packs for acne control. Mix Rose water with one tablespoon of powdered Camphor and store it in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. Wipe your face several times a day with it
Also, make a pack with two tablespoons of Fuller's earth (Multani Mitti), five ground Cloves, a pinch of Camphor and Rose water. Apply the pack, daily, on the pimples and let dry. Wash off with ice-cold water.
Done regularly, you will notice a difference within 10 days.
