Should I go on Accutane even if I've got moderate acne?


I get these painful cystic pimples mostly around my jaw and chin even though I wash my face regularly with quality cleansers and all. I've tried benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, antibiotics, and other acne treatments but they don't really seem to do much. As soon as one batch of pimples go away, other sprouts. I also have acne on my back and chest sometimes. My condition is really not that bad, but it is bothersome.

accutane is an instense route to take. i did it and I still have acne so it's not even full proof. your face and lips get so dried out its ridiculous. If it bothers you everytime you look in the mirror then maybe you should, but if that's not the case then i wouldn't recommend it
