Help with adult acne?
I am 24 years old and I break out all the time on my jawline, they are a combination of a cystic and small white heads. I am wondering if anyone knows any products that actually work and that are great for sensitive skin. Thank you!
I have 3 recommendations that worked for me. 2 are easy home remedies, the third may cost you a little to get started but I guarantee it's worth it.
Coconut oil used daily as a moisturizer, after washing put a small amount in your palm, it will melt thanks to your body heat enabling you to apply just like moisturizer, coconut oil didn't work for me, but did wonders for my sister.
Next option is to buy ORGANIC apple cider vinegar (must be organic with the "mother", check your local health food store). I use this at night after I wash my make up off, apply with a cotton ball on entire face, for forming/already formed zits, I use a qtip dipped in ACV and hold on each pimple for a few seconds, the organic acv kills the bad bacterias and its good for your skin.
The spendy solution is to buy Bare Minerals (the actual bare minerals brand) powder makeup. Because its so pure the minerals do great things for your skin. My sister and I aren't regular makeup wearers, but when our skin seems to be breaking out, then we'll wear the bare minerals for a couple days and I swear its like magic. Best part, because Bare Minerals is so pure, if you fall asleep without removing the makeup, its OK! I try not to do it, but I swear, when I have fallen asleep with my makeup on, my skin looks even better in the morning.
