Does exercise cause people with acne already, to get more acne?
I started to exercise alot more, and yes i have acne. I have recently gotten alot of break-outs, at around the same time i started to exercise. I was wondering if sweat and exercise affects how clear your skin is? I make sure to wash my face with hypo-allergenic soap and warm water afterwards, and a shower, but nothing is working 
HELP!
Acne comes from within. Exercise may be forcing the crap out of you. Hopefully with the exercise, you are changing your eating habits - more wholesome filling foods and plenty of water over chips, chocolate bars, and french fries(known acne causers).
It may increase temporarily until it gets flushed out of your system,through the sweat glands; but have you ever seen any athlete with acne?.
