Avoid Acne
What advice can you give me to avoid acne?

I have been visiting my dermatologist for quite some time, still even if I have the medicines that I use to avoid having acne. I do want to know some effective natural stuffs to use to avoid them so that I won't rely much into using chemicals. Any advice/help?

Make sure you wash your face daily with a good cleanser. Use moisturizer that has SPF15 in it. Wash your face at night too. Exfoliate the skin. Don't pick at the acne, avoid stress. For a more detailed way to avoid acne, read this article http://axetheacne.com/basic_acne_skin_care.php

Acne Treatments : How to Avoid Pimples

You Can Avoid Acne By Exfoliating Regularly. Here's How it Works

Exfoliating regularly can help you avoid acne breakouts and pimples. Exfoliation is the process of using a gentle abrasive to rub away dead skin cells that rest on the surface and clog pores. Individuals with dry skin often have clogged pores due to dead skin cell clogging and not enough exfoliation. Exfoliating your skin boosts blood flow and cell turnover rate in your facial tissue. This promotes healthy, clear skin that is free of acne. Another added benefit is that regular exfoliation can clear pesky blackheads that are often difficult to remove. To exfoliate properly you only need an exfoliating cleanser, and your hands! Be sure to buy a cleanser with soft beads for exfoliating, ones made from crushed shells can be too harsh on the skin. Depending on your skin type you will need to exfoliate about two times per week. This is a good number for those that want the softest skin possible without any breakouts. Avoid using this process more than 3 times per week. Over exfoliation does not benefit your skin in anyway. In fact, it causes small tears that can later turn to acne cysts, and increases dry skin problems. Those with sensitive skin should be warned that using abrasives too frequently can cause irritation. If you have sensitive skin choose a product that is designed for skin that cannot tolerate too much roughness. It never hurts to spend a little extra money on a high quality exfoliating product. When you use a better product it makes what you are doing more effective and likely to provide stunning results. There are many cleansers on the market that also exfoliate your skin by using an “enzyme” peel process, which works quite similarly. Using exfoliation has plenty of benefits for those who diligently follow the steps correctly. Acne will stay at bay and your skin will glow radiantly!
