i never used it but i heard that tea tree oil is good for zits.just apply it to the pimple with like a q-tip.

Healing Properties of Tree Oil
Tea tree oil is obtained by steam distillation of the leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia". The tea tree is a plant that is native to Australia.
