What is the best blackhead removal product ?
i have loads, im self-conciouse. please help.
I dont know which is the best.You can actually buy strips for the nose area which are good ,as you see the blackheads come away from your skin on the patch. Here is some more advice.
Drink plenty of still water it does make a difference - I try and drink at least a litre a day. I just fill my water bottle and sip it during the day. This will help flush out any impurities.
Use a gentle daily facial scrub and a deep facial cleanser (daily). Neutrogena does one designed for the removal of blackheads.
Try a 10 min facial steam (boiling water in sink , towel over head and sink) to open pores. Use a deep cleanser or facial scrub to dislodge the blackheads. Do this once a week.
Do not sleep in your makeup. If you are wearing a foundation leave this off as this might be clogging your pores and causing you to break out. If you desperately need to use something, use a light tinted moisturiser.
