Does acne cream have long term effects on skin?
I have had acne for over 3 years and I have been using Benzaclymin almost every night for 2 years now.
My dermatologist tells me this will not age my skin, but its practically BLEACH!
also, should I cut my hair? will that make my acne disapear?

honey i wouldn't use the product the dr. recommended, because of the side effects. i know that you feel like you have had the acne foe ever, but you will get through this. i had a brocken out face fron 7th grade intil i was in my twenties. i had big puss bags that would break when i was in class, i was mortifyed. there is a member of our family who used a form of acutane and is now partially blind from the side effects. you can clear up your face yourself if you have the patience. keep your face as clean as you can and then put witch hazel on the soars, this will help them to dry up. no picking. the soars will start to dry up as you put on the witch hazle, you will get a scab. don't pick it odd that will cause a scar. when the scab falls off, you are starting to grow new skin at that point, little by little your face will start to clear up
