How can I get really clear, smooth, blemish free skin?


Is there any kind of facial cleanser that will really work well? I have naturally dry skin.

start with a skincare routine (cleanse -> tone -> moisturize twice a day and exfoliate once a week). I'd recommend Clinique's 3-step - I've been using it for a while now & have had no problems with it. go to their website and take the quiz 'My Skin Consultation', which will recommend products based on your skin type (probably a 1 or 2 if you have dry skin).

also, be sure to eat healthily - food which contains antioxidants such as blueberries, bananas or kiwi fruits are great for the skin.

Defeating Blemished Skin

The techniques used

Dr. Broadway offers several techniques designed to help remove or lessen the visibility of skin blemishes. Here are some of his techniques:

· Echo Oxygen Plus Treatment System. This skin treatment system works in four steps: Exfoliation, Cleansing, Hydration and Oxygenation. It removes dead skin cells, cleanses the skin with only natural essential oils and moisturizes through hydration. With the use of a combination of oxygen, 87 amino acids, vitamins and minerals, this system is designed to improve your skin at the cellular level to strengthen elastin fibers and collagen which improve skin elasticity.

· Omnilux Blue Light & Red Light Treatment . When ointments and acne medications don’t work, you can now receive these revolutionary treatments for problem acne. Blue Light treatment kills the bacteria that causes acne breakouts. Red Light treatment rejuvenates the skin and improves tone and texture.

· Chemical peels remove the outer layer of dry and dead skin to expose the more vibrant and smooth skin underneath.

· Microdermabrasion is designed to remove dead or sun-damaged skin and reduce acne scars and moderate wrinkling.
