I used an epilator on my legs for the first time, and they look awesome. However, when you rub your hand up the leg, you can still feel soft stubble. If you look closely, you can see tiny little hairs underneath the skin. So it seems that the epilator is breaking the hair, rather than pulling it out from the root.
