I've only used lemon aid, high brow, ooh la lift and high beam, but honestly, the only ones in that list I found essential were lemon aid and high brow. Lemon aid is great, but I use it mostly as a concealer because I'm pretty pale. High brow is brilliant - it gives you a real arch in your eyebrow. :) I love benefit! Oh, but off your list, their best thing EVER is the Honey snap out of it scrub - it's the BEST exfoliator on the planet!

Hours of cardio

Cardio activity is not the be-all end-all solution to fat loss and working longer and harder will not help you lose body fat ? in fact it can make you store more fat!
