Beauty tips!!?
I am going home to NY for the holidays to visit my family that I haven't seen in almost FIVE YEARS!! Also, my parents who I haven't seen in almost a year. I am excited, but nervous!! I don't wear any make up, so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of natural things I could do to make my skin, teeth, and hair, bright and healthy looking within the week!! Facial cleansers, foods, treatments, whatever!! Thank you

I guess I know that facial cleansers aren't "natural" but I meant more along the lines of to make my skin BE beautiful without makeup.
1. Make sure you wash your face in the morning and evening to rid ur skin of all the dirt and oils.
2. Exfoliate twice this week and apply a mask after
3. Apply vaseline on your lips before sleeping, it really help my lips get plump and smooth
4. If you have dry or damaged hair, after you wash your hair, leave your conditioner on for about 2 hours and cover with a shower cap. Once you rinse it off your hair will be smooth and well hydrated. I love to do this.
5. Drink alot of water
6. If you need to get waxed/lazer do it earlier in the week, like this ur skin can recover from redness etc.
7. Dont eat anything that can make your skin breakout like greasy food.
