So everyone knows your skin absorbs moisture, chemicals, even just pure water (where it can be found) just by being in contact with it. They say if you are going to weigh yourself to do it BEFORE you go into the bath/shower... because the water (from dermal absorption) will tack onto your weight. So I am wondering...
How much water does your body absorb in a 30 minute shower or bath? Or even a 1 hour shower or bath?
In my opinion, if you put your hand in to a water ( not salty) a period of time ( e.g 30 minutes) your hands lost water. Your finger points wrinkled, because of this.
