acne and blemish on my face. i am a black african female that is 25 yrs old some a nurse told me that it could be my homonal imbalance and the thing is i never had this before it just developed recently someone recommended mary kay but it did not work what can i do? i am getting really worried

I've used Mary Kay before, and it actually made my acne worse! Go figure. I've tried practically every Rx on the market as well (except Accutane), but I finally found something that works for me. It's the On a Clear Day acne kit from Philosophy. That with Neutrogena's at-home microdermabrasion kit.

You may want to try Accutane, but just be careful using it. It's supposed to work wonders, though.
