I used to have really nice, clear skin.
I used the CIinique skincare things:
1. Foaming cleanser
2. Facial Soap
3. Clarifying Lotion (toner, basically)
4. Moisturising Lotion
And then I'd put Tea Tree Oil on any spots of blemishes I had.
Now I've developed a cluster of spots purely in between my eyebrows and a few under my eyes, nowhere else. I am 13. What is wrong with my skincare routine, what am I doing wrong, what could be causing it?
If its just hormones, can you tell me what I can do to get rid of them, asap?
If you really want to get rid of these spots follow these three steps and i guarantee you your spots will significantly reduce or more likely disappear!
1. Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water per day! - water hydrates the skin cells & purifies the pores, meaning that the skins ph balance is healthy which in turn helps to prevents spots/black heads forming.
2. Steam your face every 3 days. boil a kettle of water then pour it into a large bowl. add around 15 drops of lemon juice and your ready to go! Put a towel over your face and ensure no gaps or the steam will escape! At first it will feel a little uncomfortable but stick to it. The hot water will open your pores and the lemon will remove the bacteria, which causes the spot.
3. Garlic application. garlic works to eliminate acne because it contains active sulphur and is considered to be one of the finest natural antibiotics. Firstly crush the garlic, a very small amount will be sufficient. Next, put it into a cup and add a little luke warm water, about 1/3 garlic, 2/3 water.
Then give it a good stir so the garlic binds with the water. once the mixture is complete, apply this directly to your spots with a cotton bud. Do this once a day, but wash of after 30 minutes.
