Avon clearskin professional clarifying toner pads?
I just received the 3 step clearskin treatment from avon. Steps 1 and 3 both contain instructions on the back with how to use, but step 2, the clarifying toner pads, do not.
I know it seems a silly question, but how exactly AM I meant to use them? I tried putting water on them thinking they'd foam up or something, but nothing happened. Maybe you are supposed to wet them and just use them like that, but since I have no idea, it'd be much easier if I did know Does anyone else have any idea how to use them?

Ahh I see! I just took them all out, and the ones near the bottom of the pack are moist, but the top half are completely dry.

You use the cleanser first then the pads are suppose to be slightly moist. If they are dry then you got a bad one and you should call them to let them know. You just rub the pad over the face and the last step apply the lotion. I looked it up on Avon. Here is the site...
