Cleanse Off keep weight off after master cleanse???????? please answer?
i am planning on trying the master cleanse for 20 days straight. i want to lose weight but also change my eating habits. once i lose the weight, im afraid ill gain it all back and then some. if i walk daily, eat breakfast (i never did b4) drink more water and eat healthier can i not gain any of the weight back>??
Keisha, I'm not familiar with Master Cleanse? I assume it's some form of Detox?
I'm not a fan of detox, I think our bodies are very good at detoxifying by simply changing our diet. Why don't you just start eating healthily? Fresh veg, fresh fruit, lean meat, fish etc. Cut out unhealthy snacks, fast food, as much saturated fat as you can.
