Cleansing Gel Huge

How Many times a week should I exfoliate my skin?


I have two scrubs;
- Oxy Triple Action Scrub
- Vichy Daily Exfoliating Cleansing Gel
When should I use them? Should I always moisturize after using them because my skin feel sort of tight right after I use them!!!

Also, I have Bioré's shine control clay mask and I don't know how many times a week I should use it either.

I'm a Guy with incredibly oily/acne prone skin and I shave!!

Any tip would be a huge life saver! ;) Thanks for your help!

exfoliate Once a week this will make your skin soft but doing more
than that can make your skin dry and flaky so be gentle use it Once
a week.

face mask is meant to use Once a week after your face scrub so the
mask penetrates on your skin this way it works better, afterwards use
face lotion Oil free one with spf .

drink alot water, eat healthy 5 fruits everyday, stress less for healthy skin.

A pimple on my face that has huge pus!?


We'll be having a photo shoot and party tomorrow early in the morning. This d*mn pimple has been here on my face for 2 days already.

I don't touch it because it might cause infection.
I only apply some gel/creams that are meant for pimples (the cream says that it dries pimples fast, but not really)

On its first day, it just hurts but it's not swollen. But later in the day, it got reddish, then it got pus. It's the white pus. In the evening, I cleansed my face with a mild facial wash (the one I usually use). Then I applied some pimple cream (it always works for me everytime I had pimple)

On its second day, it became yellowish and a bit bigger. Then after a few hours, I put on the cream again, it became white (which means it became less infectious, whatever)

THE QUESTION IS: How do I get rid of this? I think I only got around 5 to 6 hours.

Try dabbing it with rubbing alcohol after gently popping it to remove the puss.
