Cleansing Massage Brush Evening routine for optimal relaxation and sleep w/out meds. Reading nonfiction help or not, what do you think?
I'm planning a night routine because I've always had a hard time falling asleep.
I also want to learn about various things so I've decided to read for 20 minutes a day.
Here is the routine I've planned:
-Brush floss etc
-Remove makeup
-30 min walk
-60 min yoga, stretching
-Face cleanse & massage
-10 min oral exercises (to improve speech)
-Drink sleep tea
-Draw in bed for 30 min
-*Read?
-Journal
-Lying meditation until sleep
When would it be best to read during my routine? Or should I read during the day?
I plan on summarizing and taking notes of what I read as its for learning.
