Cleansing Powder Face
Is this too much makeup for a 13 year old?
Im in 8th grade also. So this what i think im going to do (i havent started yet):
First i cleanse and moisturize my face
Then use maybelline clear mascara (i have black eyelashes)
Lipsmackers (in whatever flavor i want)
Then. On special occasions only (like parties amd dances) i add a little loose powder and lipgloss. My mom is fime with it. Thanx so much!
no its not maybe you should try black mascara and a little eyeliner? it will still look natural since you have black eyelashes but make your eyes pop!

For Olympic Spectators: Discovering Cleansing Skin Care
If you are like me you probably tuned into the Olympics this summer. In the weeks leading up to the Olympics, the world has seen the contaminating matter in the skies over China. What has received less public attention is the contaminating matter in China's water supply. Currently, the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) has financed delivery to China of tap water purifiers.
Trainers have accompanied those shipments. Unlike the Olympic trainers, the CGI trainers will work with Chinese from all sections of the populace. Those trainers will seek to enhance the ability of both tourists and native Chinese to access cleansing skin care.
After all, how can anyone complete an effective skin cleansing routine in the absence of clean water? Moreover, why should anyone consider pursuit of cleansing skin care, when the water used for cleaning is known to have contaminating substances?
The CGI trainers will show selected Chinese workers how to service the tap water purifiers. Once provided with such training, those Chinese workers should manage to provide Chinese households with greater insurance that any skin cleansing routine can produce the desired results.
The Chinese public can be expected to welcome such insurance. In the future, members of the Chinese public could seek a way to prepare better-tasting beverages, using the powder from a mix. Members of the Chinese public might discover yet another reason to welcome the availability of safer tap water. Certain Chinese might want to give their pets water that is safe to drink.
There are, for sure, Chinese who like to work outside in the garden. Any gardener would rejoice at a chance to give his or her plants water that does not contain unwanted contaminants. Contamination of the water supply can alter the pH of the water. When plants receive water with a pH that is too high or too low, then those plants grow at a much slower rate.
Like plants, the human body responds to the availability of clean water. If Chinese homes can have a way to purify the tap water, then residents of those homes can carry-out an effective skin cleansing routine. By following such a routine, the average Chinese homeowner will be better able to strengthen his or her family's cleansing skin care.
Today, the call in China for clean water focuses on the many visitors to China. After the conclusion of the Olympics, the traditional Chinese concern for the elderly might well give added impetus to demands for safe water. If the Chinese also turn their attention to skin care for the elderly, they might find it helpful to learn about collagen and elastin.
Collagen and elastin are proteins, proteins that are found in all healthy skin cells. Yet as skin cells age, they often loose their ability to make collagen and elastin. Why is that significant?
As a protein, collagen demonstrates fiber-like characteristics. When skin cells contain an adequate amount of collagen, then they are strong and firm (like a tight rope). When skin cells become deficient in collagen they begin to wrinkle and sag.
So does the re-introduction of collagen instantly solve the problems associated with aging skin? No, unfortunately it does not. Healthy skin also makes elastin, another protein that's found lacking in aging cells. Elastin makes cells flexible. Flexible cells can return to their original location, if they are pushed, pulled or otherwise stretched.
Now, aging cells do not respond to gobs of a cream that is full of collagen or elastin. Aging cells should be stimulated to resume the production of collagen and elastin. Use of the proper cleansing skin care treatment gives any type of skin a chance to behave more like younger skin. Such skin then covers a face with a more youthful and well toned visage.
