Clear Clarify Acne
Has anyone used Murad pure skin clarifying dietary supplement?
I've been taking these pills for about a month and they are SUPPOSED to help clear up acne. My stomach has hurt like hell for roughly a third to half the time! Has this happened to anyone else?
I also use Boscia face wash, toner, gel, and moisturizer. After 10 yrs and a million products, I still have acne... and a stomach ache.
Probably the zinc. You can save yourself the $$ and take a, e and c and zinc yourself.
And it magically alone won't clear your skin. In addition to great skin care (wash, toner and spot creams) you should have some results. Try taking them at night -

I'm getting fed up with my Acne... 
PLEASE help!?
so, i used to have pretty bad acne, and then it all went away and ever since then if i even get a little bit of acne, i think i'm breaking out SO BAD just bc im all paranoid bc of i used to have bad acne. i hate how my face will be clear for a month, and then all of a sudden i start getting these mini pimples all over my forhead, chin, and jawline.

^^thats what the bumps on my face look like but mine dont have the pus in them, they are just really red.
i'm using this new boscia clarifying mask since the lady at sephora said it'll get rid of thoes bumps. it says use twice a week. and i used it once yesterday and it seems as if its making things wrose and spreading my acne.
and then today i also bought this seabreeze fresh and clean toner
and i use st ives apricriot scrub three times a week
and clinique foaming cleanser everyday twice a day.
i dont know what im doing wrong.
please help me get rid of my acne.
Don't use too many products on your skin and make sure you do not use an oil based moisturiser. Go see your doctor, they may be able to give you something to treat your acne. My sister suffers from acne and the doctor gave her some tablets that helped clear it up.
