What is a good way to get rid of acne?


Hi guys,
So here's the thing I have pretty bad acne around my nose and on my forehead. To be honest I am pretty sick of it now and more acne is appearing day by day. I wash my face every morning and night, I eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and I drink water instead of fizzy pop. Is there anything else I am forgetting? I use clearasil antie-bacterial face washes if that makes a difference.

Acne on my chin wont go away i have tried everything, help?


i really need help i have...

*used pro-active in the morning and night
*used pro-active in the chin area towards the middle of the day
*used the pro-ctive mask
*used the clearasil acne pen
*tried Acnefree
*drank antibiotics
*used anti-biotic powder mixed with acne cream on chin
*disinfect my pillows before went go to bed
*washed my face in the shower with a face wash
*refrained from touching my face
*used mouthwash before bed (i think drool might be causing it cause its o o the two sides of my chin.)
*popped them
*i also drink a multi-vitamin

Ive heard of toothpaste........might sting though lol. Good luck. :)
