Everyone's skin is a little different, so it's hard to say. However, if I were you I'd cut back on the products. More isn't necessarily better, and scrubbing your skin with six different things all through the day could be more irritating to it than beneficial. I used Proactive for a year and my skin actually cleared up when I stopped using it. I would probably drop the St. Ives scrub (at least in the morning) and maybe only use the cleanser once a day. Moisturizer is good because it keeps your skin from producing more oil because of the drying out it gets when you wash it multiple times a day.
In addition to those things, make sure you're drinking lots of water and avoiding foods that cause acne (like chocolate! I always break out when I have chocolate and then I want MORE chocolate!) whenever you can - it will help a lot.
