I recieved samples of this Emergen-C Super Energy booster, but I am kind of wary of them because of all the energy drinks out there that say no caffeine or no artificial sweetners, but then, you drink it, and you get the energy rush, and then die, should I drink it and see how I feel, or should I steer clear of it?
I've used the stuff several times especially while traveling. It's a great preventative to getting sick. It's just crystallized Vitamin C. You dissolve it in your drink instead of taking a tablet. The claims of an energy boost are a bit far fetched. You'll feel no more "boosted" than if you were to take a tablet form of the supplement.
