Spot treatment for pimples?

I don't have severe acne, but I do get the occasional pimple or two. I wash my face with Clearisil Stayclear Daily Face Wash.What is the best spot treatment that you have used that gets rid of pimples fast? Also, are there any other products that I should use to keep my skin clear and healthy?

Aloe vera helps speeds up healing and moisturizes. It works really well on pimple that have been popped. Read the reviews at the bottom. Many good tips and uses for it.

Also Aveeno has a good spot treatment cream.

Also has a great line of acne products cleanser and moisturizer. It's very gentle and makes your skin feel so good.

And one more good product is Borba. Their acne products are very soothing and gentle. I love them.

I prefer very gentle non abrasive cleansers. I find that the harsh stuff like benzoyl peroxide tends to make the skin too irritated. Products that have Salicylic Acid or natural products work much better. Also make sure to drink lots and lots of water that makes a huge difference.
