coconut milk is derived from the white fleshy part of the coconut, so if u were to crush the white part of the coconut thn the "juice" or liquid you have extracted would the coconut milk. It's white.

Coconut water is actually found in the coconut (the hollow part). So if u were to shake a brown coconut thn u could hear the water moving around. If you crack the coconut open thn all the coconut water would pour out. It's clear.
So the coconut water is natural, it's there. While coconut milk you have to extract.
