What is your skincare routine?
I love reading other people's routines and such...i'ts fun haha
14 years old for reference.
Night:
Cleanser: ADE creamy cleanser (earth science)
Toner: Bioderma sebium h20
Moisturizer: German nivea creme
Treatment: Alpha hydrox 12% souffle.
-i alternate between using the moisturizer and treatment every night. or i might mix them together
day:
Same cleanser
Neutrogena anti-wrinkle with retinol spf 15 healthy skin moisturizer
exfoliator: Natural cure aqua gel exfoliator
Masks: Mychelle pumpkin mask
and i use several masks from freeman, montagnue jeunesse, and balea.(masks are just fun things for me)
I steam my skin at night before washing and I use cold water in the morning.

when i wake up i take a shower. when i take a shower i use Oil-Free Acne Wash Daily Scrub to take away the dead skin. then i use a biore ice cleanser. and b4 i go to sleep i use the ice cleanser again

4 Fundemental Tips to Basic Skin Care
Human skin is the largest of all the organs in the body. Acting as a barrier from harmful pollutants, bacteria, and other microorganisms, our skin plays an important role in protecting our bodies and furthermore, the appearance of physical aging. With so many skin care products on drugstore shelves and in department store cases, proper and effective skin care may seem overwhelming, if not confusing. Luckily, taking care of our skin is much easier than it seems. Let's explore the essential skin care regiment every person should follow.
1. Cleanse
The purpose of cleansing is to remove excess dirt, germs, oils, sebum, and cosmetics from the skin. Cleansers generally come in two different forms: bars and liquids. The traditional bar cleanser is often the most effective in removing dirt and oil from the skin, but it also has a drying, irritating effect. Liquid cleansers come in cremes (typically used on dry and sensitive skin types) and gels or foams (formulated for combination, oily, or acne-prone skin types). The greatest pitfall with cleansing is the belief that clean skin should feel dry and tight. This is actually a sign of over cleansing. Unfortunately, this can actually accelerate the aging process, so ensure your cleanser leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth.
2. Tone
Sold under a multitude of names like 'clarifying lotion', 'toning lotions', 'astringents' and 'refiners', toner is the next essential skin care step taken after cleansing. Toning removes any remaining impurities on the skin. High quality toners are known to reduce inflammation, hydrate as well as moisturize the skin. Some even provide anti-irritant and anti-oxidant protection to skin. Toner is usually a clear liquid or gel applied to a cotton ball or pad which is then swept over the face and neck. Choose a toner formulated for the needs of your particular skin type and avoid any toners containing known irritants, SD alcohol, ethanol, and isopropyl alcohol.
3. Moisturize
Moisturizing is intended to replace what the steps of cleansing and toning may have stripped away as well as to supplement the skin's natural moisture. Moisturizing helps skin to maintain its structure and supple texture, protect skin cells from the harmful effects of free radicals, and regulate cell functions to promote a more youthful appearance. Similar to toner, it is important to choose a moisturizer specially formulated to complement your unique skin type and to address any special skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, or severe acne.
4. Apply SPF Protection
This final step is the most important part of any skin care system. Surprisingly, even minute-long, daily exposure to harmful UV radiation compounds over years and results in sunburn, sun damage, and even skin cancer. Sun damage is the main culprit causing signs of premature aging such as wrinkles, fine lines, dark spots and other unsightly pigmentations. It is important that any exposed skin be applied with a daily sunscreen. Many moisturizers contain a low-level (usually SPF 15) sunscreen, adequate for minimal daily. If you spend more than just a few minutes a day in the sun, it is highly advisable to apply a sunscreen with a higher SPF depending on your skin's pigmentation. Even if you have a darker complexion, sunscreen is essential.
