Cure Acne Cysts

How can I cure acne on my behind?


I am 23 years old, and I've been dealing with this on and off since puberty, although I never had a problem with acne anywhere else on my body but my buttocks.
I shower daily, using an exfoliating scrub, and only wear comfy cotton panties. My pants are not particularly tight.
I don't have oily skin- it's actually very normal, sometimes on the dry side. Like I said, I have very soft, clear skin everywhere else.
These bumps usually start out small and red and typically disappear on their own, but they occasionally grow into painfully large cysts under the skin that make it hard to sit down properly. They never form a head...and I don't touch or pick at them, because I don't want to make it worse.
In the unlikely case that one has opened, there is never solid material that comes out- just clear or yellowish fluid and LOTS of blood.
I don't have health insurance, so I can't see a dermatologist.
Any tried and true over-the-counter or home-made treatments?

Hello OK the first thing I would do is don't use any thing harsh on the area in the skin like an exfoliating brush or a body exfoliator avoid rubbing the area aggressively picking the spots or fussing with it as IT can cause pitting scarring and increase the risk of infection making the problem worse.

Keep the area 100% clean as hygeine plays an importnat role. Apply a witch hazel bp soothing solution or a gel which you can buy from the chemist that should help cool and sooth and is an astringent and can help prevent from getting infected and reduce redness also avoid using any thing perfumed on the area.

Wash with Luke warm water use unperfumed medicated shower wash don't rub the area pat it dry and apply the witch hazel soothing gel solution that should help also keep the area clean wear loose fitted clothing nothing tight.

The next step would be to go and see your GP who will be able to prescribe you medication and if that doesn't work insist on a referral to a NHS dermatologist who may able to offer you further treatment and effective medication like roaacutane.

Also follow a sensible healthy diet drink plenty of water as that can help flush out any toxins in the body .
