Cure Acne Overnight

Pepto Bismol on your face? As an acne cure?


A coworker mine recommended I use Pepto Bismol on my face for my little break outs. She explained you use a small amount and apply with a cotton ball. I should have asked this before I did it, but now my face smells like those chalky valentine hearts and I'm a bit worried this might not be true, and could possibly lead to a rash. Do you know anything about this? If it does work, how long should I leave it on? Is overnight appropriate? Thanks so much.
EDIT: Actually I read a bunch of sites that said it does in fact work. If you read the label you'll see a couple of ingredients used in most acne products. Also it was featured on the Ellen show.

cure acne/or redness overnight?


lately, i've been breaking out alot,
a new pimple everyday, i just got
new lights, and saw the real me
in my mirror, its worse then i thought,
my cheeks especially have different
texture, like black head indentations,
and random acne scars, and lots of
redness on my cheeks, how can i
cure this overnight hopefully?

I feel your pain, I suffered acne when I was a teenager, im in my early 30's now, but I had scarring from acne right up till I was 27, I have good skin now, but my son (15yrs old) suffers from acne although mild now, I dread that it will get as bad as mine was at his age, hopefully not, anyway I tried alot of products online but hardly any worked, read about that acne free in 3 days, but it sounded like crap, so I hunted down reviews on the product and found this one, its pretty good, shows good points bad points etc, check it out when you can, hope it helps.

Oh also try bio oil, that really help clear my scarring and prevent acne from showing up again.
