Go to the dermatologist or aesthetician and ask for an injection of something called Keterol (sp?). This dries it up. I don't know about overnight, it may take a couple of days. I also took an antibiotic called Doryx for a couple of zits I had, and it cleared up in about a week. Hydrogen peroxide may also help. Just don't pick or try to squeeze -- it will make it a lot worse.
