Cystic Acne Surgery

What can I do about my DISGUSTING face?

I had the worst case of cystic acne when I was a teenager. In less than a year I will be 20 and I have terrible "battle scars" from this acne. In certain lighting conditions I look good, but sometimes I look just absolutely disgusting because my skin looks extremely uneven when certain light reflects off of it.

I CANNOT afford the expensive scar removal surgeries, and also my dermatologist told me not to bother with any scar cream because it will not do anything.

try bio oil. i've been using it for scars that i have and it's making them fade really fast. it's even making a lot of them disappear. i'm 20 so the good thing about it is it's really cheap and you can buy it at a normal chemist or beauty shop.
i thought because it's an oil it might make me break out but it doesn't. it's just making the scars fade and disappear

I have a bump on nose and don't know how to get rid of it!?

A few years ago I had a really bad sinus infection and it causes a huge pimple on my nose. I don't know whether it would be classified as this but I'd say it was cystic acne. It's been almost 3 years since then and the pimple's gone but there is a bump on my nose still. Is there any way that I could get rid of that without getting surgery? Thanks for any help.

By the way, I found this picture on Google and this is exactly how mine looks.

It's faint but it's there.

Try putting a hot, but not too hot, washcloth on it and hold it on there for a good minute or two. Then see if you can squeeze anything out of it. Then wash your face, focusing mainly on that area. Then put on a good drying cream on it for pimples. But if the pimple is gooone, I really suggest seeing a dermatologist. Good luck.
