Cystic Acne Tea Tree Oil

What can reduce the size and redness of back acne fast?


So...I don't have a severe breakout. Just a few red, hard bumps on my back (almost cystic like). Is there anything I can put on them overnight to dry them out, reduce swelling and redness? I have heard of honey and tea tree oil...Any ideas? Thanks!

If you need a quicker fix for the redness using some cortisone 10 cream will help, it's an anti-itch kind of stuff really but the active ingredient in it reduces redness.
